18 and over only
In Switzerland minors may not use sunbeds. Our terminal verifies your age automatically from your ID – because the law requires it and because we take it seriously.
At least 24 hours between sessions
Leave at least one day between two sessions. If your skin turns red, take a week off. And start gently: the first session lasts five minutes.
Goggles, no cosmetics
Your eyes need protective goggles – closing them is not enough. Sunscreen and cosmetics have to come off beforehand.
Who should stay away
Anyone who has had skin cancer, has an increased risk of skin cancer or has very sensitive skin should not use a sunbed. If in doubt, ask your doctor.
Know your skin type
Please look at the skin type chart in the studio, judge for yourself which skin type you belong to, and follow the recommendations for it.
What UV really does
UV tans, but it also ages the skin faster and raises the risk of skin cancer. We promise you no health benefits – we provide clean cabins and honest information.

Legal basis
Sunbeds in Switzerland are governed by the Federal Act on Protection against Dangers from Non-Ionising Radiation and Sound Pressure of 16 June 2017 (NISSG, SR 814.71) and the corresponding Ordinance of 27 February 2019 (V-NISSG, SR 814.711), in force since 1 June 2019. Among other things, they oblige us to do three things:
- Access from 18 onlyThe age check at the terminal verifies every ID automatically.
- Information about the risksTanning schedules at every cabin and notices on the walls.
- The manufacturer's requirementsWe follow the safety specifications issued by Ergoline.
