Privacy notice

We take the protection of your data seriously. This notice explains in plain language what data arises when you visit this website, what happens to it and what rights you have. It is based on the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1). The German version is the authoritative one.

This website has no contact form, no login and no advertising or analytics tools. We set no cookies for analytics, advertising or recognition, and we build no usage profiles.

Server logs

As with any website, your device sends technical information to our hosting provider, which is logged there automatically:

• the IP address of your device
• the date and time of the request
• the page requested and the amount of data transferred
• your browser type and operating system
• where applicable, the page you came from

This information serves only the secure and trouble-free operation of the site. We do not link it to you as a person and we do not evaluate it. How long it is kept is determined by our hosting provider.

Fonts

The fonts Archivo and Figtree are stored on our own web server and loaded from there. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party service, and your IP address is not transmitted to anyone outside.

Map and external links

The «Plan your route» button is an ordinary link to Google Maps. No map is embedded in this page – data only flows once you click the link and open Google's page, where Google's privacy terms apply. The same holds for the links to fedlex.admin.ch and bag.admin.ch.

3. If you write to us

If you send us an e-mail, we process your details solely in order to answer your enquiry. We do not pass them on, and we delete them once the matter is settled and no statutory retention period applies.

4. Age verification in the studio

The law requires an age check before you may use our sunbeds. The terminal in the studio reads your identity document for this purpose. Your data is not stored. The system checks only whether you are of age and whether the required waiting time since your last visit has elapsed. It also prevents the same document being used more than once a day.

This processing takes place in the studio, not through this website.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell data and we do not pass data on for advertising purposes. Data is disclosed only where this is necessary to operate the website – to our hosting provider, for instance – or where we are required to do so by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over. Please write to the address above. We may ask for proof of your identity.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

7. Changes

We will amend this notice if the operation of the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
